What is Searsucker?
Searsucker is the New American Classic cuisine brainchild of Brian Malarkey. As a Top Chef finalist and mentor on ABC’s cooking competition show, “The Taste,” Malarkey is known for his cutting edge style and food. Pushing through the saturated clutter of the culinary world, Malarkey is licking the sweet taste of success with 7 restaurants under his belt. Despite it being open shy of one year, Searsucker is now one of the hottest places to wine and dine in Austin.
